Rarity
There are ten rarity tiers. Higher rarity affects the number of bonus attributes. The final sale value, including enhancement and socketed runes, appears in the in-game confirmation screen.
Rune sockets unlock at +10 and +20. Rarity alone does not unlock more sockets.
